Return Policy
No Refunds
MrGoodbuy may entertain a refund request under extraordinary circumstances. Any refund requests must be made in writing and addressed to Goodbuy Consulting Ltd. Goodbuy Consulting Ltd. will consider the request and a refund may be awarded within 120 days.

Delivery of Service
Advertising Service
Once an ad has been placed there will be a 12-24 hour delay before seeing the ad on the site. Once approved, the ad will be placed on the site. If the two-week ad is purchased, the ad will run for the specified time. A Run til it Sells ad will continue to run as long as the renewal e-mails are returned. If the Renew e-mails are not returned, the ad will be discontinued after two weeks.
Buying Service
The client and a MrGoodbuy consultant must sign a contract detailing the services rendered.
