This personalized service includes a MrGoodbuy consultant pursuing a
suitable vehicle, new or used, to the point of purchase.
The service may include:
- Consultation with client
- Locating suitable vehicle (maximum 2 recommendations)
- Provide mechanical inspection from certified mechanic on selected vehicle (additional charge for more than one inspection)
- Research pricing
- Negotiate the purchase
Cost of Service $399.99 at initial consultation; $399.99 at vehicle purchase
3. Custom Service
Custom service is available upon request. Talk to your MrGoodbuy
Consultant about the exact service you would like. MrGoodbuy will
tailor the service to meet your needs. Cost of this service will
vary depending on service or services provided.

Cost of Service $99.95 *(an additional $149.95 for the use of a MrGoodBuy custom sign and 2 Open House signs for a 30 day period)
2. Stage 1 Service
This personalized service includes a MrGoodBuy consultant assisting you in
the preparation of privately selling your property.
- Consulting with client on how to privately sell your property including appropriate paperwork
- Complete web listing with the option of a MrGoodBuy representative taking your property photos
- 12 week use of a MrGoodbuy custom sign as well as Open House signs when required
Cost of Service $599.95
3. Stage 2 Service
This personalized service includes a MrGoodBuy consultant assisting you in
the preparation of privately selling your property as well as a home staging consultation.
- Consulting with client on how to privately sell your property including appropriate paperwork
- Complete web listing with the option of a MrGoodBuy representative taking your property photos
- 12 week use of a MrGoodbuy custom sign as well as Open House signs when required
- Home staging consultation with the option of custom services at an additional charge*
*Mr GoodBuy will provide custom services including the labour involved in home staging, researching quotes and arranging contractors to complete any work to prepare your property for sale at an additional hourly rate.

If your home does not sell within 45 days of the engagement of services and you would feel more comfortable listing with an agent, MrGoodbuy will refund 50% of the cost of your service. There is no contractual agreement necessary and you may terminate the services of Mr GoodBuy at any time.
